At The Novel Room, we strive to get your orders to you quickly and securely. We pack all items with care by hand, so please review our shipping policy below for important details.

Shipping Locations:

Currently, we only ship within the United States. We hope to expand our shipping options in the future!

Processing & Shipping Times:

• Orders are packed and shipped within 1-2 business days of purchase.
• Once your order ships, you’ll receive a separate email with tracking information.
• Orders are shipped from our flagship location in Milwaukie, Oregon.
• Depending on your location, orders typically take 3-5 business days to arrive.

Shipping Methods & Costs:

• We primarily use USPS Priority Mail, but we may also ship via UPS or FedEx when necessary. Tracking will always be provided.
• Free shipping on all U.S. orders over $100.
• Standard shipping rates apply for orders under $100, calculated at checkout.

Lost or Stolen Packages:

If your tracking shows your package has been delivered but you haven’t received it, we recommend:

1. Waiting 1-2 additional business days in case of delays.
2. Checking with neighbors or your local post office.
