Return Policy

Thank you for shopping with us! It honestly means the world to me.

We want you to love your purchase, but we understand that sometimes things don’t work out. 

Eligibility for Returns: Returns are accepted within 14 days of the delivery date marked on the tracking. To be eligible, items must be:

- Unworn, unwashed, and free of any damage or alterations.

- Returned with any original tags attached and in the original packaging.

Store Credit Only: We do not offer refunds. Approved returns will be issued as store credit in the form of a credit applied to your account created in our store via your customer account page which can be used towards a future purchase.

Non-Returnable Items: The following items are not eligible for returns:

- Sale items or items marked as "final sale."

- Any accessories, intimate apparel, or swimwear (for hygiene reasons)

Return Process:

    1. Email us at info@thenovelroom.com with your order number and the item(s) you wish to return.

    2. We will provide you with return instructions, including a return shipping address.

    3. Ship your item(s) back to us using a trackable shipping method. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Processing Time: Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your store credit within 5-7 business days. You will receive an email confirmation with details on how to use your credit.
